Refund and Returns Policy

Please keep in mind the following information regarding refunds and returns:

Overview

Our refund and return policy is valid for 15 days from the date of purchase. If more than 15 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received, and it must be in its original packaging.

Several types of goods cannot be returned, including perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, as well as intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items include gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain health and personal care items.

To complete a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not return the purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, such as with books showing obvious signs of use, opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records, items not in their original condition, damaged items, or items missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and items returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received the refund, please first check your bank account. Contact your credit card company and then your bank if necessary. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale Items

Regular-priced items may be refunded, but sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, contact us at sales@divaclosets.com, and we will provide you with the necessary information.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, who will be notified about the return.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, reach out to us at sales@divaclosets.com, and we will provide you with the physical address for the return. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. These costs are non-refundable. Depending on your location, the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For valuable items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
